We are planning to make this a wast collection of simple Android tutorials which make this a right place for beginners to start. As we are aiming at beginners, we'll start right from the basics and advance slowly without giving you any headache.

Till now we were writing about Android in general and from now onwards  going to be more specific about the subject.  There are several reasons for why we are deviating from general android topics and focusing on the development tutorial. At first it was my dream since a long time to develop an Android development tutorial which is pretty easy for beginners. There are many books available on the market claiming to be exclusively for beginners. But I found none of them  worthy. They start really simple and after a few chapters matters will get complex and only experienced java programmers can survive and others give up. Next is the lack of a complete online tutorial for absolute beginners. The only good tutorial available online so far is the official Android developers tutorial. The main issue with that is, it is not built for beginners. Only expert java programmers are supposed to learn from the Google's Android tutorial.

Who Should Read this Tutorial

As I've stated above, this development tutorial is for absolute novices. You don't need any prior programming experience to read this. But only requirement is a basic understanding of any object-oriented language. You need not to be an expert programmer, but a knowledge about the object oriented programming concept and basic programming skills are desired.

Shortcut to success

Sorry for my misleading title, there's no shortcut to success. You have to follow your passion and work hard to reach success. There is no short path for it. In the case of Android development, all you have to do is coding. The more you work on coding, the better you'll get. I'm trying to include as many examples as I can in this tutorial. Start working through those codes and exercises until you get comfortable in each topic. Its a good practice to do experimenting with the code, alter it and try to add more functionality, that is the best way to quick learn any language. Do hard work , be patient and never give up, that is our formula to success.
